Handling and Transportation

For Transportation, mount product on an A-frame and secure accordingly. Protect edges and surfaces.

Ensure panels are carried vertically to prevent bending and cracking.

When storing, place panels flat, face up, on a smooth and dry surface. Elevate from ground to prevent moulding and other damages. Ensure all panels are stored dry and under cover. If the panels become wet or dirty, they must be dried and cleaned prior to installation.

Installation and Fixation
(Wet – Masonry installation)

Ensure wall surface is relatively flat

Pre-drill the required panel and cut out desired areas for fixtures

Prepare mortar glue following manufacturer instructions and spot apply as shown. Do not drill

Press panel firmly against the wall and secure with wooden beams. Allow up to 2 (two) hours for mortar glue to fully harden

Use tile spacers between the panels for desired jointing. We recommend 2-3mm.

Close joint and corner using preferred methods

Installation and Fixation
(Dry Frame walls)

Use gravanite steel profiles and fasten these to the floors, the walls, and ceiling with the appropriate screws.

Insert Insulator between the profiles

Apply industrial tape on one side of the profile

Continue this process using thin set mortar between the boards to stabilize the connections

Place the final panel against the ceiling abutting the board profile

Open ended partition walls can be further stabilized then finished with our proposed board profile.
